?Nari?o? is a mountainous region filled with great abysses where coffee growing would seem impossible. At 2,000 meters above sea level near the equatorial line, the fruit is exposed to long hours of sunlight as well as the area?s characteristic low temperatures at night, producing a sweet, soft, and delicate coffee.
This is a high mountain coffee, with sweet and citrus notes. The cold mountainous region allows the coffee to ripen more slowly and produce more sugars, resulting in an exquisite mildness.
This region produces only one harvest per year which makes this exclusive coffee unique within all the Colombian coffee regions.
